When a visitor arrives from a search engine, this site records the page path, the type of event, the name of the referring search engine and the text of any clicked outbound button. Visits that do not arrive from a search engine do not trigger this collection at all.
Location Detail
The content delivery network that serves these static files reports the country a request came from, and nothing more precise about where a visitor is located. This is part of how the hosting provider processes every request; the site itself does not add any finer-grained location tracking on top of it.
Cookie And Session Flag
One first-party cookie is set only when a visit arrives from a search engine. It holds nothing but the name of that search engine, lasts up to one hour, and exists only so that a later click on an outbound link can be matched to the search engine that brought the visitor here. Separately, a session view flag is kept in the browser for the current page view only, so that a single view is not counted twice. Neither of these is a persistent identifier, and no other browser storage is set.
Outbound Links
Links to third-party sites on this page use a first-party outbound redirect: the click first goes to a path on this domain, then forwards to the partner. Stored visit data is not shared with the partner as part of that redirect. Once the redirect completes, the destination site receives the request directly from the visitor's browser and keeps its own separate record of it, under its own practices.
